Alexis McNellie grew up in Southern California and was raised in a “Real Estate family”. With both parents and grandparents on each side working in Real Estate, Alexis seemed to be destined for a career in the Real Estate industry. Alexis has a decades long background in Sales and over 20 years of experience working in the Real Estate & Finance industry.

Her career in Real Estate and Sales began in her early 20’s when she obtained her Real Estate license, which was a requirement to work as a loan officer in the Finance industry. She worked her way up the ladder from Telemarketer to Loan Originator, to Loan Officer and eventually became the Sales Manager for a large team of Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents for a local Brokerage in Chico, California.

After the market crash in the mid-2000s, Alexis was forced to shift gears into a different type of sales role and took on an Account Executive position with a credit card processing company called Total Merchant Services. During her many years with TMS, Alexis was able to quickly grow her customer base and became one of the top producing Sales Executives within the company. This career allowed her to relocate to Nashville in 2007 where she continued to grow her business in the Mid-West and Southern states.

In 2015, Alexis entered back into the Real Estate industry, this time in the Nashville market and has been an affiliate broker with Keller Williams Realty ever since. Alexis now plays a dual role as Sales Manager for Goodnight Stay, as well as the dedicated agent for Investors who are looking to purchase properties in the Nashville short-term rental market.

With an extensive background in Sales and a love for all things Nashville, Alexis has the resources and expertise to find the perfect forever home or investment property for both long time locals, and those new to the area!
