Alexis McNellie grew up in Southern California in a “Real Estate family,” with both parents and grandparents on each side working in the industry—making her career path feel almost destined. Her career began in her early 20s, when she obtained her Real Estate license to launch her role as a loan officer in the finance industry. Following the mid-2000s market crash, she pivoted into a new sales role as an Account Executive with Total Merchant Services. There, she grew her customer base rapidly and became one of the company’s top-producing Sales Executives. This success allowed her to relocate to Nashville in 2007, where she expanded her business across the Midwest and Southern states.
In 2015, Alexis returned full-time to Real Estate—this time in Nashville’s thriving market—and is now the Principal Broker for Alpha Residential’s Nashville firm. Today, she serves as one of the top agents for investors seeking to buy and sell short-term rental properties in Nashville.
